As I primarily work with custom and one-of-a-kind items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, should you have problems with your order, please contact me. My goal is to produce items you are happy with.

Deposit

All custom wedding flower preservations require a $100 deposit. This deposit is nonrefundable.
